Comey’s Alzheimer’s Episode

I cannot tell a lie. But I can say nothng.

Inconvenient memory lapses. A bother.

One rarely, if ever,  witnesses a person burdened by advanced Alzheimer’s, that is, the near total blanking out in one’s memory of what one has done or not done. It’s much like such a person forgetting how to tie his shoe laces or forgetting where or how one must drive a car. This is usually a privately revealed malady not usually broadcast to the public.

In this case, however, is James Comey testifying. In Comey’s case it is a deliberate blanking out.  245 times claim members of the House Judiciary Committee who questioned Comey. He “can’t remember” or he doesn’t  “recall”  things he did or did not do when he headed the FBI  (shall we call it the FIB?).This is an individual who once headed the FBI, and, after accusing Hillary Clinton of being “careless” with her private email server, then deciding that her “lack of intention” in such carelessness was not a prosecutable offense.

James Comey:  “No serious person” would attempt to prosecute Hillary Clinton.”
He didn’t even attempt to. So I guess Comey is not a serious person.
However, from the horse’s mouth. Neon Nettle reports:
Comey spoke for more than an hour and repeatedly attacked the sitting president on a number of fronts, even comparing the Trump administration to the mafia families and crime syndicates he’d prosecuted in the past. He also accused the president of engaging in “witness tampering” via his use of Twitter and suggested that Mueller was “close” to naming Trump as an “unindicted co-conspirator” in the alleged crimes purportedly committed by some of his associates.
It is worth noting, however, that Comey seemed to withhold his support of the general push from the left to impeach President Trump. Comey described “Trumpism” as a sort of political ill infecting the country, one that needed to be excised “in a landslide rid ourselves of this attack on our values.”
Comey added, “Removal by impeachment would muddy that,” and insinuated that roughly a third of the country — presumably in reference to the solid base of loyal support maintained among the populace by Trump, which has never dipped below the mid thirties percentage-wise — would view removal by impeachment as a veritable “coup” against the duly elected leader.
Here the “unbiased”  former director says, per Western Journalism:
Speaking at an event in New York City with MSNBC host Nicole Wallace, a former Bush White House official turned vehemently NeverTrump “Republican,” Comey said, “All of us should use every breath we have to make sure the lies stop on January 20, 2021.”
He further urged the disparate ideological wings of the Democratic Party — progressive leftists versus establishment moderates — to set aside any differences they had and unite together behind a concerted effort to defeat Trump at the polls in 2020. Comey said, “I understand the Democrats have important debates now over who their candidate should be, but they have to win. They have to win.” [Italics mine]
Who must win? Can he remember? The Republicans? The Russians? The Martians? The Democrats? Oh, yeah. Them.  My pals, the Dems.

Comey appears to have become essentially unhinged by the frustration of his quest for total power to invalidate the outcome of the 2016 election of Donald Trump as POTUS. He is kind of metaphorically waving his arms about and calling upon the heavens to rain down punishment on his political enemies, and if the imaginary gods he is addressing don't appear out of the blue to fulfill his demands then the Leftard voters will have to suffice.

Imagine what this lumbering political thug and his ilk will do to those of us who refuse to obey his commands should the Dumbocrats be returned to the White House in two years.
